Every support journey is different. We take the time to understand what matters to you, building support around your strengths, interests, goals, needs, and the things that work best for you. Your support can grow and change with you, ensuring it remains relevant, meaningful in your everyday life.
Initial consultation
Every support journey begins with an initial meeting. This is a chance for us to get to know one another and discuss your goals, strengths, interests, and any areas for development.
During this meeting, we’ll discuss:
- Your NDIS goals and priorities
- The areas you would like support with
- Recommended session frequency
- Where supports will take place
- Any questions you may have about Developmental Education or the support process
Getting started
Once the necessary documentation has been completed, we can begin working together. Sessions are tailored to each individual and are designed around meaningful, real-life experiences.
Depending on your goals, supports may take place:
- At home
- At school
- At kindy or preschool
- Within the community
- Via tele-health
Every session is personalised to your goals, recognising that everyone’s journey, strengths, and support needs are unique.
What does a session include?
A standard session typically includes:
- 45–50 minutes of direct therapeutic support on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis
- 15–30 minutes allocated for documentation, clinical planning, liaison with families or other professionals where appropriate, and follow-up tasks
This time ensures your supports are thoughtfully planned, evidence-informed, and tailored to your individual goals, allowing for meaningful progress both during and between sessions.
