Hi, I’m Maddy, an accredited and registered Developmental Educator with Developmental Educators Australia (DEA), holding a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education from Flinders University.

My background in Positive Behaviour Support has shaped my understanding of behaviour as a form of communication and the importance of looking beyond what we see on the surface. Combined with my Developmental Education approach, I focus on understanding each person’s experiences, strengths, interests, and needs to provide support that is meaningful.

I believe growth happens through connection, curiosity, and opportunities to engage in ways that feel safe and enjoyable. I am passionate about supporting people of all ages to feel understood, valued, and confident in who they are.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two border collies, exploring new places, and spending time in nature.

I love working alongside individuals to better understand themselves, recognise their strengths, build meaningful relationships, and develop strategies that support them to participate in life in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
